Every meter reading, slip number, odometer entry, and driver signature recorded at our station is stored in our encrypted ERP database for accounting, tax verification, and audit purposes. We do not sell or lease this information to third-party marketing agencies.
We implement industry-standard database encryption, role-based access control, session authentication, and regular database backups to protect customer transaction history from unauthorized disclosure.
