All fuel products (MS, HSD, Speed, CNG) are sold in accordance with the official daily revised rates displayed on the digital price towers and electronic dispenser totalizers at the time of delivery. Rates are inclusive of all statutory central and state levies.
Credit accounts are approved subject to KYC verification, credit sanction limit approvals, and signed company agreements. Fuel is issued on credit exclusively upon presentation of valid authorized indent slips and verified vehicle registration matches.
Consolidated invoices are generated at the end of each agreed billing cycle (15 or 30 days). Invoices must be cleared via Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI within 7 calendar days of receipt. Delay in payments may result in immediate suspension of credit facilities and statutory interest charges.
Customers and drivers must switch off vehicle ignition, strictly refrain from mobile phone usage near dispenser islands, and adhere to "No Smoking" protocols across the retail outlet premises.
